Shocking staff treatment.

This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my bags, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here. I'm coming back for Christmas!

I really enjoyed how clean the facilities were and even managed to get extra pillows when I asked! The hot showers were a nice plus after a long day out.

the location is amazin! so close to saint pancras n eurostar, we could walk everywhere. the guy at the reception was super helpful, felt welcome. lots of activities around, n we did em all on foot, which was great.

the room was too small and kinda outdated. the shared bathroom situation was a bit annoying but manageable.

Great location and friendly atmosphere

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore local cafes and shops. The staff were welcoming and provided a good amount of tea and coffee to enjoy during my stay. the shared bathroom situation could use improvement, as it felt a bit cramped at times.

we really liked the location of goodwood! it's a short walk to shops, restaurants, and even a 1 pound shop. the private bathroom was a nice touch, and it felt like a good deal for the price. the staff were overall helpful too, which added to our experience.

Just a solid selection for a momentary pause in London with very good value for money. I found the British staff member very helpful during my stay, addressing all of my questions. Maybe avoid busy times at the reception to lessen your wait.

A Family Adventure with Ups and Downs

We had an adventurous stay with our children, exploring the local parks and eateries nearby. The staff were friendly, offering tips on family-friendly activities. the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, and it could definitely use some maintenance.

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family and while the kids loved the pool and the movie room, the cleanliness really needed a boost. The hotel had a decent breakfast spread that helped start our days right. One small hiccup was the heating in our room. it didn’t work well, but it didn’t ruin our stay overall. 😊

Comfy bed, but not ideal

Checked in and found the bed super comfy, which was a plus! But, the shared bathroom was a bit gross—broken tiles and a damp smell. Not a lot of storage in the room either. At least the staff were friendly and the location was great for getting around. Food options were decent too, nothing fancy but good enough!
